Marinated Venison
Marinating deer steak is highly recommended because there’s no fat on the venison. You will want to marinate your venison in a sealable plastic bag.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 Venison Tenderloins
Mix all marinade ingredients in a small measuring cup. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add venison and let sit in the marinade for at least 4 hours. Remove venison from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Keep in mind; a marinade will not tenderize silverskin and connective tissue.
